Amanda Piribauer B.Sc., D.Ch. Owner and Registered Chiropodist / Foot Specialist

Amanda Piribauer is the owner and Chiropodist at Orleans Foot Care and Orthotic Clinic. 

She began her undergraduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia under a full basketball scholarship in 2004. She transferred to Bishop's University to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, where she played an additional 3 years of varsity basketball.

During the summer of 2010, Amanda enrolled in a pedorthics course where she learned hands on skills pertaining to orthotics, shoe manufacturing and shoe modifications. She completed the course in November of 2010 where she earned a certification in pedorthics (C.Ped).

Amanda graduated from the Chiropody program at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto, Ontario in June 2012.

Amanda has worked as a Chiropodist from 2012- 2016 in Kingston, Ontario and moved to Ottawa in May 2016 to continue her career. 
As a fully licensed Chiropodist, Amanda specializes in the assessment, management and prevention of diseases and disorders of the foot.

She provides all aspects of foot care including routine nail and callus treatments, orthotic therapy, diabetic foot care, geriatric foot care, pharmacological intervention, wart treatments, foot and ankle trauma, mobilization and manipulation of the foot, soft tissue surgeries and sports medicine.

Amanda has a special interest in treating athletes and the ailments that are prevalent in competitive sport. Amanda's experiences in athletics have provided her with the knowledge of a variety of sport injuries and the interest in treating athletes of all ages. She is interested in the use of functional foot orthoses in the prevention of sports injuries and the combination of therapeutic modalities and orthotics for effective rehabilitation of injuries experienced in athletes.

Bethany Rampton B.Sc., D.Ch. Registered Chiropodist/ Foot Specialist

Bethany Rampton joined the team at the Orleans Foot Care and Orthotic Clinic in June 2021. She graduated from the Chiropody Program at the Michener Institute in Toronto with an Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences, in June 2021. Before deciding to pursue a career in foot care, Bethany attended St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. Her educational experiences at the Michener Institute were enhanced by the clinical externships she completed at the Newmarket Foot Centre and the Michener Chiropody Clinic. 

Having grown up in Arnprior, Bethany is very excited to be back working in the Ottawa area. She is passionate about sports and active living, having spent much of her youth playing competitive hockey, rugby and snowboarding. These days Bethany enjoys daily walks and runs with her newly adopted golden retriever, Spud. Her dedication to fitness and healthy living led her to pursue a career in healthcare. During her third year of university, Bethany studied abroad as an exchange student in Prague, Czech Republic. This venture sparked her love of travel and since then Bethany has visited a total of 25 countries around the world. When at home, Bethany enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with her adorable nieces and nephews.

As a Chiropodist, Bethany specializes in treating and maintaining the health of feet and ankles. She provides treatment for calluses and corns, heel pain, fungal nails, athlete’s foot, warts, routine nail care, and biomechanical concerns. She is experienced in treating individuals with specific health issues such as arthritis, diabetes and injuries. Bethany offers soft tissue/nail surgery, and can prescribe medication or orthotic therapy as needed. She is comfortable working with young children, the elderly, and all ages in between. She looks forward to helping you with all of your foot care needs. Bethany’s number one objective is for every patient to leave her appointment feeling better than when they arrived!

Stephan Kolotylo B.A., D.Ch. Registered Chiropodist/ Foot Specialist

Stephan Kolotylo joined the Orleans Foot Care & Orthotic Clinic in February 2024. Stephan completed his undergraduate studies at York University with an Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. His passion for biomechanics and health care inspired him to pursue further education at the Michener Institute for Podiatric Medicine (Chiropody).

Stephan completed the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences Chiropody program in 2013 and graduated with distinction. Shortly after graduating Stephan gained experience working in numerous and diverse clinical settings, such as private clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, government funded community health centers and with professional sports teams, such as the Toronto FC soccer team.

Stephan is very passionate about helping people and having a positive impact on his patients motivates him in his career every single day.

Rebecca MacIntosh B.Sc., D.Ch. Registered Chiropodist/ Foot Specialist

Rebecca MacIntosh, Becky, joined the team at Orleans Foot Care and Orthotics in October 2024. She studied at McMaster University where she received a Bachelor of Science and went on to complete the chiropody program at the Michener Institute in 2016. She has spent most of the past eight years at The Ottawa Hospital providing wound care. She was the recipient of a Gratitude Award in 2023 that recognized her for “extraordinary acts of kindness, courage and discovery”. 

Becky brings a passion for diabetic foot screening and wound prevention. Additionally, she is proficient in soft tissue surgery and biomechanical assessment. She enjoys developing personalized management plans to improve foot health and function. She enjoys learning and keeping up to date on innovations in podiatric medicine.  

Becky is a parent to two busy boys. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer and golf as well as reading and rock-climbing.

Deanna Office Administrator

Deanna joined the Orleans Foot Care & Orthotic Clinic in September, 2021 as our Office Administrator. After retiring from a long career in nursing, we are fortunate to have her continue her career in the health care field. The skills she has obtained during her nursing career help in our day to day operations at the clinic and her calm and caring demeanor leave a lasting impression on our patients.

Outside of work, Deanna loves jogging, reading, gardening, spending time with her family, and her dog, Poppy.

Deanna has experience communicating in both French and English, though she welcomes the opportunity to strengthen her communication in the French language.

Amanda Armstrong Podiatric Assistant/ Receptionist

Amanda joined the Orleans Foot Care & Orthotic Clinic in October 2022.

Before joining our team, she worked in Long Term Care as a Personal Support Worker and worked as a Personal Trainer in Ottawa.

Her experience in the health care field brings knowledge of compression stockings including measurement and fittings as well as the overall importance of patient care.

Outside of work, Amanda loves working out, kickboxing and spending time with her family.

As a Podiatric Assistant she is ready to assist with compression stockings, help you with shoe fittings, and perform shockwave treatments.

Amanda loves interacting with people. She will always have a smile on her face when she greets you at the clinic.
