COVID-19 OFFICE PROCEDURES

The Orleans Foot Care & Orthotic Clinic remains OPEN and consistent with the current guidelines for regulated health professionals.

Changes in the Clinic:

Masks

Masks are no longer required to be worn by patients in the clinic. We continue to strongly recommend the use of masks during your appointment especially if you have cold or flu symptoms.

Appointments

Please be prompt for your appointment. Do not arrive too early (if you do, please wait in your car until your scheduled appt time) and please do not arrive late.

Please avoid bringing many guests with you for your appointment as we have a small clinic and like to keep the number of people in the clinic as low as possible.

Cleaning and disinfecting

All clinical and public spaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly, in line with the Ministry of Health requirements.  We ask that you refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible.

We ask that you please be patient with us as we all navigate this new territory.  We want to make sure everyone gets the care they need in a safe environment.
